Hours per file
Paralegals spend long stretches paging through records instead of working with clients, adjusters, and attorneys.
For personal injury law firms
Liberty Studio takes over the long, repetitive work of summarizing medical records. We deliver finished medical chronologies and medical billing summaries for each case, drafted with AI and reviewed by a person, at a fixed price per case.
Every file reviewed by a person. Corrections are free. We sign a BAA before any records change hands.
The problem
Before a demand letter can go out, someone has to read every page of the medical records and bills, put the treatment in order, and total the charges. It is careful, necessary work, and it rarely moves the case forward on its own.
Paralegals spend long stretches paging through records instead of working with clients, adjusters, and attorneys.
When the chronology is not done, the demand is not done. Every week in the queue is a week the case sits still.
Record volume comes in waves. Hiring for the peaks is expensive; falling behind in them is worse.
What we deliver
You send the records for a case. We send back two documents your team can use right away.
A clear, date-ordered account of the client's treatment: providers, visits, complaints, diagnoses, procedures, and follow-up care, with references back to the source records so anyone can verify a detail.
Charges organized by provider and date of service, with totals, so the damages side of the demand is ready to go without rebuilding the numbers by hand.
Already have a format your firm prefers? Send us a sample and we will follow it.
How it works
Share the case records through an encrypted transfer. A signed BAA is in place before anything is sent.
Our AI agents read the records, organize treatment by date and provider, and draft the chronology and billing summary.
A reviewer checks the draft against the source records and corrects it before it leaves our hands. No file skips this step.
You receive the finished documents for the case. If anything needs fixing, tell us and we correct it at no charge.
Why per-case pricing
Each case has one fixed price, agreed before you send anything. We set it below what the same work costs your firm in-house today, so the decision is simple: it either saves you money or it is not a fit.
Ask us for a quote on the call; we'll talk through your current process first.
The pilot
The best way to judge the work is on cases your team already knows. Send us 10 closed cases, compare our chronologies and billing summaries with your own, and decide from there.
The pilot is paid, with a fixed price per case agreed up front, so you see the real service exactly as it would run for your firm.
Data security
Medical records are sensitive. Here is exactly what we commit to, in plain terms.
For HIPAA-covered data, we sign a Business Associate Agreement before any records are shared.
Files are encrypted in transfer and in storage.
Only the reviewers assigned to your case can open your files.
Ask us to delete your files after delivery, and we will.
We don't claim certifications we don't hold. If your firm has a vendor security questionnaire, send it over and we'll answer it plainly.
A note from the founder
I'm an AI engineer. AI is now good at drafting long, structured documents from messy source material, but in legal work a draft is only useful if someone has checked it. So that's how Liberty Studio works: AI does the heavy reading, a person reviews every file, and you get finished work at a fixed price per case.
If you want to know exactly how your records would be handled, ask me. I'm happy to walk you through it.
