Privacy Policy
This policy explains what information Liberty Studio collects, why, and what we do with it. We keep it short because we collect very little.
This website
- This website does not use cookies, analytics, advertising trackers, or contact forms.
- Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type, the page requested, and time of the request) for security and to keep the site running.
- The site loads fonts from Google Fonts. When your browser requests them, Google receives your IP address. See Google's privacy policy.
When you contact us
If you email us, we receive your name, email address, and whatever you include in your message. We use it only to reply to you and, if you become a client, to provide our services. We do not sell your information or add you to marketing lists.
Client documents
Records that clients send us for a case, including medical records and bills, are not handled under this website policy. They are governed by our agreement with the client and, for HIPAA-covered data, a signed Business Associate Agreement (BAA). In summary, our commitments are:
- Files are encrypted in transfer and in storage.
- Access is limited to the reviewers assigned to the case.
- Records are used only to prepare the work the client asked for.
- Files are deleted after delivery when the client requests it.
Service providers
We use a small number of third-party services to operate, such as web hosting, email, secure file storage, and AI model providers used to draft documents. For client records covered by HIPAA, we only use providers under terms appropriate for that data.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing luis@libertystudio.tech. We will respond within a reasonable time.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
